[/span4][/columns]Mette’s Studio is open for public visits on Wednesday afternoons from 3pm to 7pm. All in-stock textiles are available for purchase as are her landscape and flower paintings as well. Since the Bakers travel fairly frequently, we advise you to call ahead to make sure Mette is there: 613-832-3737. If you need directions to the studio, we will happily provide them.
Having returned from India with many new items for sale, Mette showed both her paintings and art textiles at the renowned Bering House of Flowers in Central Copenhagen. The Exhibition was from April until May 2017.
One of Mette’s early visitors at the Exhibition was Princess Benedikte who showed considerable interest in the range of Mette’s textile flower designs from jackets to scarves, kaftans, kurtis, stoles and bags. Here are some photos which give a flavour of the Exhibition.
